MEET THE TEAM
John C Kim
John Kim is the founder of Miren.Co. His expertise in commercial real estate law, strategy, and practice spans almost a decade in the industry, through which he’s personally advised on over $150 million in transactions and oversaw a portfolio of $3 billion in assets.
Prior to forming Miren.Co, John served Jamison Services, one of Southern California’s largest privately-held commercial real estate firms, as its In-House Counsel for almost seven years. At Jamison, he oversaw all leasing activities for its $3 Billion (market cap) portfolio and focused on Los Angeles’ most competitive submarkets, including Downtown LA, the South Bay, the San Fernando Valley, the Mid-Wilshire District, and the Westside. He also oversaw Jamison’s litigation and resolutions to tenant/landlord disputes, however complex, including bankruptcy matters.
John earned his Juris Doctorate from the Whittier College of Law and his B.A. in Criminology Law and Society from the University of California at Irvine. On his spare time, he enjoys being with his family on whatever adventure his two sons want to partake in for the day.

Danny Liao
Danny Liao is an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent based in Los Angeles County at Miren.Co focusing on retail brokerage, particularly in the restaurant sector. Along with restaurant/retail tenant representation, he also represents landlords with respect to retail leasing as well as commercial property sales and purchases.
Danny has had the pleasure of working with some high growth operators with regional, national and international presence including: Marugame Udon, Paradise Dynasty, CTBC Bank and Chubby Cattle International. He has successfully negotiated on behalf of his clients with developers and landlords such as: Brookfield, Taubman, The Irvine Company and South Coast Plaza – to name a few. His knowledge and relationships along the West Coast (Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Bay Area) allow him to research, site select, negotiate and properly service his clients’ expansion plans and meet their needs.

Kathleen Lett
Kathleen Lett is a Commercial Real Estate agent at Miren Co. focused on the retail leases and strategic investment sales.
Prior to joining Miren, Kathleen had a long successful career in fashion, working in both sales and manufacturing for branded and private labels for over a decade. With the benefit of a trained eye and expert understanding of the retail market and growth trends, she has transitioned into commercial real estate seamlessly. Coming from an agricultural family Kathleen has seen first-hand the importance of establishing shared goals that facilitate mutually beneficial long-term lessor/lessee relationships. She brings a passion for collaborating with both established and up-and-coming companies and a commitment to nurturing forward thinking brands and property owners.
Kathleen is proud to have worked with brands including Love Adorned, Los Angeles Yoga Club, The Game Band, Oasis2Care, Run Talk Walk, among several others.
Kathleen holds a BA in Economics from Scripps College in Claremont, California. In addition to working in commercial real estate, she spends time with her husband and young daughter, often visitng family in Central California.

kazusa lundqvist
Kazusa is a highly experienced real estate agent at Miren.Co , where she specializes in international expansion and commercial lease. Prior to joining the company, Kazusa served as the Vice President of a large Japanese retail company's U.S. division, where she helped establish the company in the United States and gained extensive knowledge of business marketing and research through her consulting and business support experience. Kazusa's deep understanding of the retail industry, gained through many years of experience working in various retail roles, has allowed her to bring a unique perspective to her client relationships. She is known for her excellent communication skills and her friendly, attentive, and honest approach, which have helped her build strong relationships with her clients. Kazusa holds a degree in Business Marketing from Santa Monica College and enjoys cooking, hiking, and exploring the California coast in her spare time
